Carrier Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of service, DirectX LLC requires all carriers to meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 6 Months of Active Authority: Carriers must have at least six months of active operating authority.

Insurance Requirements:

Auto Liability Insurance: Minimum coverage of $1,000,000.

Cargo Insurance: Minimum coverage of $100,000.

Safety and Compliance:

Safety Rating: Must maintain a satisfactory safety rating.

DOT Compliance: Must be in full compliance with DOT regulations.

TMS System Integration: All carriers must download and use our advanced Transportation Management System (TMS) to access, manage, and track loads.

Valid Operating Authority: Must have a valid MC/MX number and be properly licensed to operate as a motor carrier.

Carrier Agreement: Must sign and adhere to the DirectX LLC Carrier Agreement, outlining responsibilities, payment terms, and operational procedures.

Reliable Equipment: Must have well-maintained and roadworthy equipment that meets all federal and state regulations.

Communication: Must maintain open lines of communication with DirectX LLC’s dispatch and support team throughout the transportation process.

Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Compliance: Must be in compliance with ELD regulations, ensuring accurate tracking of hours of service.
