At DirectX, we prioritize providing top-tier services and support to our clients. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partnerships or for any purchases that cannot be reused. This includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • IRP Plates

  • Decals

  • Permit Books

  • IRS Reporting

  • Any Trucking Business Documents (including Form 2290)

  • Inspections

  • Registrations

Requests for refunds or claims against DirectX for these items will not be entertained. If any client requests a refund or files a claim against DirectX, we will take legal action for violating the terms of any agreements signed with us.

We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent relationship with our clients. Please ensure that you understand and agree to these terms before making any purchases or entering into any partnerships with DirectX.

Refund Policy - the basics

  1. Eligibility: Services unused or minimally used within the first 30 days.

  3. Processing: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days upon approval, credited to the original payment method.

  4. Exclusions: Custom solutions, consultancy services rendered, and non-refundable subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

  5. Partial Refunds: Possible for partially used services, subject to DirectX's discretion.
