At DirectX MGT Inc we’re committed to partnering with experienced, reliable, and professional owner-operators. To maintain the highest standards across our fleet — especially in Flatbed, Heavy Haul, and specialized freight — all applicants must meet the following requirements:

Experience Requirements

• Flatbed & Step Deck: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience

  • ​Note: Drivers must provide their own securement equipment (chains, binders, tarps, etc.) prior to hauling

• Dry Van: Minimum 1 year of experience with a clean driving record

• Heavy Haul / RGN: Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience

Driving Record Standards

• Clean MVR for the last 3 years

• No accidents in the past 5 years

• No vehicle abandonments

• PSP report must show no long-standing or damaging history

​

Additional Requirements

• Must carry Bobtail and Physical Damage Insurance

• No visible cosmetic damage on power units (must be free of missing or damaged equipment)

• Driver-supplied trailers must meet the following:

  • Dry Van: 10 years old or newer

  • Flatbed (hauling coils or center gravity loads): 10 years old or newer
